Indoor breakout fiber optic cable 2C up to 18C designed for data centers and FTTH networks. 900um tight buffer, aramid yarn as strength member (FRP), LSZH/PVC jacket and OEM manufacturing support.
The GJBFJV fiber optic cable is a multi-core breakout cable designed for indoor fiber distribution and structured cabling systems, supporting 2 to 18 fiber cores. This fiber optic cable is widely used in data centers, FTTH networks, enterprise networks, and building backbone cabling where reliable optical transmission is required.
The cable structure uses tight-buffered fibers as subunits, each reinforced with aramid yarn strength members to enhance mechanical durability. A fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) central strength member is positioned in the cable core to improve tensile performance while maintaining a non-metallic structure resistant to electromagnetic interference.
YFY supports PVC or LSZH outer jackets for the GJBFJV fiber optic cable, providing excellent flame resistance, environmental protection, and long-term durability for indoor cabling environments.
This fiber optic cable complies with industry standards including YD/T1258.2-2005, ICEA-596, GR-409, and IEC 60794-2-20/21, and can also meet UL OFNP certification requirements for fire-rated installations.

As a professional fiber optic cable manufacturer, YFY supports a monthly production capacity of up to 1,000,000 km of fiber optic cable, ensuring stable supply for large-scale optical network construction and OEM projects.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2 km, making it suitable for project-based procurement and telecom infrastructure deployment.
YFY also supports fiber optic cable OEM manufacturing, including:
High-density fiber infrastructure for enterprise & hyperscale data centers.
Plug-and-play optical distribution deployment with reduced labor time.
Fiber-to-the-Home deployment for last-mile connectivity.
A fiber optic cable is a cable that transmits data using light signals through optical fibers. It is widely used in telecommunications, data centers, and FTTH networks due to its high bandwidth and long transmission distance.
A single mode fiber optic cable is designed for long-distance transmission and uses a smaller fiber core.
A multimode fiber optic cable has a larger core and is typically used for short-distance data center or LAN applications.
A breakout fiber optic cable contains multiple individually reinforced fibers within one outer jacket. Each fiber can be terminated independently, simplifying installation in data centers and structured cabling systems.
