Using in-house resin and CNC prototypes, we validate:

• Dimensional fit & tolerance
• Port alignment & connector compatibility
• Assembly friction + component clearance
• Snap-fit, gasket sealing, and fiber routing space

Feedback → revise → confirm → move to tooling.

Most prototypes complete within 7–14 days before mold opening.

Tooling is developed in-house for speed and revision flexibility. Production is monitored through MES with traceable batch history.

Quality assurance includes:

• IPQC monitoring at molding + assembly checkpoints
• Optical loss testing / insertion return-loss verification
• Structural & mechanical load testing
• Environmental simulation (heat/UV/humidity/aging)

All results remain logged with lot-based traceability.

Our OEM support covers not only production, but product branding identity and shipment.
