3D Printing / Prototyping & Structural Verification
Using in-house resin and CNC prototypes, we validate:
- Dimensional fit & tolerance
- Port alignment & connector compatibility
- Assembly friction + component clearance
- Snap-fit, gasket sealing, and fiber routing space
Feedback → revise → confirm → move to tooling.
Most prototypes complete within 7–14 days before mold opening.
Tooling, Mass Production & Quality Control
Tooling is developed in-house for speed and revision flexibility. Production is monitored through MES with traceable batch history.
Quality assurance includes:
- IPQC monitoring at molding + assembly checkpoints
- Optical loss testing / insertion return-loss verification
- Structural & mechanical load testing
- Environmental simulation (heat/UV/humidity/aging)
All results remain logged with lot-based traceability.
